Troop 4982 is on their third year with Kindergarten Daisies and 2nd Grade Brownies from School of the Madeleine, Silver Gate, High Tech, & Sunset View Elementary Schools. The troop stayed busy during covid with virtual zoom monthly meetings and various badges earned throughout the year. They participated in the various Peninsula Community Service Awards and worked hard having a record breaking cookie season. To celebrate the end of the school year and cookie season the troop got together in person and went whale watching onboard America. Earning their Whale watching badge, Troop 4982 ventured 7 miles offshore and learned what lives off our Peninsula. Whales, and dolphins coming right along our boat was a huge thrill as well as a fantastic outdoor troop adventure together.
