Share is Girl Scouts San Diego’s annual family giving campaign to grow more G.I.R.L.s—that’s Go-getters, Innovators, Risk-takers, and Leaders™—right here in San Diego and Imperial counties. When you donate to Girl Scouts San Diego, you help girls who would otherwise not be able to experience Girl Scouting engage in the same all-girl, girl-led programs as your Girl Scout.

G.I.R.L. - go-getter, innovator, risk-taker, leader

Share gifts of any amount make a difference. Each service unit sets a Share fundraising goal at the beginning of the membership year, and donations made by members of that service unit count towards the goal. When making your donation, make sure to indicate your service unit!

All Share funds stay local to benefit Girl Scouts in your neighborhood through:

  • Programs: Girls discover new talents while participating in camps, challenge courses, trips, workshops, and other activities and events.
  • Financial aid: Regardless of their family’s ability to pay, all girls deserve to benefit from Girl Scouting!
  • Volunteer training: Adults receive the support, training, tools, and program materials they need to empower Girl Scouts to succeed.
  • Property upgrades and maintenance: Keeping our council properties (Camps Winacka and Whispering Oaks, and service/program centers in Balboa Park, Carlsbad and Escondido) in pristine condition ensures girls a safe environment to enjoy programs.
