All Souls Church 1475 Catalina Blvd, San DiegoCarol Dedrich, CEO Girl Scouts San Diego presentation
Our January 12 Meeting will be one New Members and Long-time members will not want to miss. At 5:00 p.m. we will have a Midyear meeting of the Assembly. Learn how we governed in 2022, review the latest financial report, review how monies from the membership and the Legacy fund drives are being used. Be updated on the restoration and maintenance that the building has undergone since July 1, review our rentals, and review our philanthropy to date and lastly, be a part of the plans for the future.
This will be followed by a presentation by Carol Dedrich, CEO Girl Scouts San Diego. Girl Scouts San Diego celebrates over 100 years of empowering girls to become the leaders of tomorrow. With a focus on STEM (science technology engineering math), outdoors, entrepreneurship and life skills, Girl Scouts challenges girls to be Go-getters, Innovators, Risk-takers and Leaders with an eye on community service, social impact and making the world around them better.
Girl Scouts of the United States of America, commonly referred to as simply Girl Scouts was founded by Juliette Gordon Low in 1912.
